EveryDoc – Privacy Policy

BONVIE (“BONVIE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates EveryDoc, a mobile application for opening, reading and managing supported documents, including Word and PDF documents.

1. Information handled by EveryDoc

EveryDoc does not require you to create an account. Documents selected from your device are processed locally for the app's document features. BONVIE does not operate a backend service that receives or stores your document files.

Documents: documents you open are processed locally on your device.
Local app information: preferences, recent files, favourites and similar settings may be stored locally.
Passwords: a password entered for a protected PDF is used to open that document. The app does not intentionally store or log the password.

2. Advertising and Google services

EveryDoc uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and consent management where required.

Depending on your device, settings, consent choices and applicable requirements, Google advertising services may process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising or app-related identifiers, interactions with advertising or the app, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention and related purposes.

3. Sharing

BONVIE does not sell your personal information. Third-party services, including Google advertising services, may process information where necessary to provide advertising, consent management, analytics, security or related functionality.

4. Data retention and deletion

Documents and app information stored locally remain on your device until you remove them, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. BONVIE does not maintain an EveryDoc account database or document-storage service.
