If you want BONVIE to delete personal data associated with your use of RangePick, you can request deletion by contacting us at info@bonvie.co.za.
How to request deletion
- Email info@bonvie.co.za with the subject line RangePick Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us that the request relates to the RangePick app and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant data, without sending passwords or other sensitive credentials.
- We will review the request and confirm what data can be deleted and any data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate reasons.
What may be deleted
Depending on the data involved, we may delete or de-identify personal information associated with RangePick that is under BONVIE's control. Information stored only on your device can generally be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling RangePick.
Advertising data
RangePick uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertising-related information may be processed by Google under its own policies and controls. A request sent to BONVIE does not automatically delete data held independently by Google. You can use Google's available privacy and advertising controls for data processed by Google.
Retention
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping purposes. Where retained, it will be kept only for the period reasonably required for that purpose.
